Farmall Cub Hydraulic Valve

Farmall Cub Hydraulic Valve - This came with a bunch of Farmall Cub stuff. I think it goes on a cub because of the size of the hose. It also has a mounting plate with a built in clip for the hose. I found such as this on the web but nothing connected with a Cub. The raised Lettering says 'GRE-3EN, Minneapolis and 400. An Old Tractor expert in our area said the Minneapolis was not as in Moline. He also said that IH did not make valves. Any ideas would be appreciated. What was it used for? Where was it mounted? Is it really for a CUB?
