I am living in The Netherlands. My name in English should be pronounces as about Case Ryzebol. There are three identical S/N s 15908; 1. As the final information on the oblique or inclined dash plate with warnings on it between the left mud or wheel gard and the fuel tank . 2. Somewhere above the pulley. 3. A cast number on top just aft of the cap to add water or cooling fluid. I did find the following information on Internet; Field Marshall Series 3A serial no. 15207 onwards Spares List p/copy, 86 pages. From this I concluded that Series IIIA are from that S/N. Above Jim Wheale 2005 Dec. 13 wrote that Series III with S/N #0075 is the 75th Series III. It might be 10075, because of all other S/N s I have seen on Internet.

Dave wrote on Sunday, August 28, 2005 (PDT):My father and I have 3 Marshalls, a series 1 (v.rare in NZ), an early series 2, and a series 3. We just need a 3a to complete the set. We also have an early Fowler-Marshall crawler. So as you can see thay are addicitive!. There were hundreds of these wonderful tractors inported into NZ, and more and more are turning up at rallys which is a good thing to see. Anyone on New Zealand (or anywhere else really!)wanting help or advice please Email me and I will give what help I can!

The fuses can be made of rolled-up thin paper that was soaked in a thick saltpeter brine. Don't soak it too long or it will fall apart before it dries.

It has been restored and is now used regularly on our small farm - rolling, harrowing etc. We also take it to shows and have made many new friends because of it. We would be very grateful if there's anybody out there who remembers this tractor. From what we know it spend most of its working life in Australia. it was sold by NSW distributors. The front cowl had " QUEENS BRIDGE ENGINEERING" Stamped on it.
Anthony Hahn wrote on Wednesday, June 06, 2001 (PDT):In reply to; Steve Desomer wrote on Friday, March 23, 2001 (PST) The reason why you can't start your Marshall is because on Field Marshall tractors, the flywheel spins in an anti-clockwise where as the Fowler Marshall crawlers ran in a clockwise direction. This was to accomodate for the extra bull gear in the final drives ! Happy starting, and it does not matter if the engine runs backwards for a minute or two, but no longer as the lubricator will not work ! Hope this will have helped you.
