Joe Hamilton wrote on Tuesday, September 02, 2014 (PDT):that is a 3 bottom breaking disc used in sandy land areas, the big wheel on the back is called a bull wheel to keep the discplow from walking out of line, the front wheels do the same, the pans above the disc pans are called scrappers that scrape the dirt off the pan, they are actually upside down they fit downward against the pans, the lever is to adjust the pitch, these plows are still used by vintage tractor enthusiast at tractor shows and tractor plow days, you should offer it for sale if you don't want it, it will bring close to around 750.00
