Back 40 years ago when we had our horses,my Dad bought a spreader like that. He cleaned it up and painted it red. No idea what the make was but that style hitch SHOULD help identify it. I'm having trouble finding a drive sprocket for it (pictured). It is 6 1/2" in diameter with a 1" bore with 1 spline. The # stamped on it is LS 566. Any idea where I might go to find one?
