1948 John Deere M Series -Runs

Original Ad: Tractor came with the place we bought. Has a new starter switch but still does not start. Can be rolled off to start and runs good and strong...pulled box blades full of gravel up a steep incline with no problem. Has three point hitch and six spline PTO in addition to belt drive system. Rated at 18 hp at drawbar and 20 at belt. Weighs about 2550 lbs. Has one extra wheel rim that holds weights and there is also an extra back rim (rusted) and tire. Looks like it was originally sold by a dealer in Nashville, TN.
