Original Ad: Yes--this is a device you mount on the bow of a boat to cut underwater weeds. It has cycle type cutters on 3 sides. 1 at the bottom and 2 vertical cutters. Go to Google and type in Jari corporation under water weed cutter. You have to mount sometype of engine on it to make it work. I doubt if this thing has been used at all or seldom. Been in dry storage for 30 years. Make me an offer.
