Original Ad: I have one old IH Plow Colter For Sale. It has a 15" diameter disc and a 1 1/2" diameter shaft. The disc shows some wear but turns freely and seems tight. I thought it was sold but the man never got back with me. Buyer must pay shipping, or I am driving to N.E. Iowa and Madison, Wisconsin next month and could bring it and meet you somewhere.
