1932 Mccormick Deering 22-36

It is a little hard to see in this photo but I wanted you to see the right side of the engine. The mag does not have any direct linkage to it. It is hard to tell in the photo but the throttle rod goes dirrectly to a boot on the side of the mag mount. This set up looks like a lot of F-20's I have seen. This may be an uneducated question but if you look at the head it is the only part not completely rusty. Is it possible to put a head off of a F-30 tractor on this block?
