Ford 4000 Industrial Year?

I'm trying to find the year of the tractor. What I know is that it is a 4 cyl diesel, 4000 industrial but the colors do not match what they should be. The colors are red engine and white body/ fenders (was painted over with yellow). The loader series # is 720 and the backhoe series is 713. Could this be a early 1962? The front has a center medallion. I believe it is a four speed with high/ low. any help would be appreeciated.
