1962 38HP Schlueter SF 353 B

Before Schlueter concentrated its production to High-Power 4WDTractors from 90HP to 320HP (500Hp), Schlueter was a pioneer in tractor technology with its standard tractors. This 1962 Schlueter has a 2-cyl. direct injected Diesel engine with 2992ccm. The output of 38HP was at 1.500/min. Transmission was an easy to shift 8/4 gearbox from ZF with a 540 pto which could be switched to on separately without using the footswitch of the coupling. A lot of more features were built in this tractor before they became a standard in Europe or Germany. The tractor was mine from 1984 to 2002 and I will never forget the 98dB sound of these two cylinders... Submitted by Anonymous, from GE
