John Deere Tractor

This tractor was just given to me and i don't know what year or what model it is. The old timer said the govenor is shot (Revs high, no throttle control. The tag on the engine says it's a 440 series, Serial # 441540. The bucket is a Model 71, Serial # 746. Can anyone help me. Thanks Lou Marczi-lc67camss@comcast .net
