1964 John Deere 4010 W/ Turbo

This was my Grandpa's 'big' tractor. This is the original paint. It did all the heavy field work and pulled the round bailer, also powered the corn sheller shown in a previous posting. This tractor had a turbocharger installed and the fuel pump was turned up. It had a really neat bellar with the straight pipe! I used to haul round bales on the forks with it in the summer down the road to the home farm. The front fenders where made and filled with sand for weight. This tractor was sold when my Grandpa retired in 2004. It went somewhere in the Sioux City area. Id have liked to kept it as it was the ultimate 'pimp my ride' 4010, but was above what I could spend on a toy. Submitted by Ndaircapt, from ND
