Hough Hah

I just recently acquired this Hough HAH that I plan to restore and have looked over under and around to find the Serial No. and the engine model (a flat head 6-cyl that I'm assuming is a Hercules). Also would be interested in finding the year. Is there a plate or stamping on the loader or the engine that would give me any information? I am going to attempt to post photos on the Tractor Photos site. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to this, so be gentle. Don't ask about other vehicles in the picture. This isn't my yard.
