1951 Ferguson To-30 - Flywheel Starter Ring Gear

Some TO-30s have a problem where the ring gear can move backwards on the flywheel to a point where it rubs the bell housing or the starter won't engage. This on a fix for that problem. Correctly position the ring gear then drill and tap 4 evenly spaced holes between the ring gear and flywheel and install allen head set screws. Can be applied without splitting the tactor.
