This was taken in front of the town hall on Main St. during the 100th aniversery of the founding of Pataskala in 1951. Levi Streets, the Mayor is on the seat and Nelson Palmer owner of Palmer Tractor Sales Etna Ohio is standing behind the tractor. Levi was my wife's grandfather and my Dad worked for Nelson at the time.
