DRIVER GOT ON I-70 IN HAYS KS. EASTBOUND AND FORGOT TO CHECK THE HEIGHT OF THE LOAD. MISSED BY A FEW INCHES. INTERSTAE IS CLOSED EAST BOUND AS WELL AS THE HALL ST. OVERPASS. COULD BE CLOSED FOR A LONG TIME. SEEMS THE DRIVER ALSO WAS NOT PERMITTED FOR INTERSTATE TRAVEL. HOPE HE HAS GOOD INSURANCE.
