I bought the cataloge for massey ferguson 65 from yesterdays tr. last year. The trans. and rear is the same as a MF 65. The cylinder head is embossed in large #'s 1961. I think the year made is 1961 or 62. Engine serial # as it appears 203UA 75688D This serial # for this engine is incorrect according to the massey ferguson dealer. It is not a MF 65. The trans. serial # is CN1503LD1. Reg. trans. with high and low NO shuttle. Full size front end loader. Front tires 11x16. Rear tires 16.9x28. Front axle is industrial heavy duty with power steering hydrolic cylinders mounted on axle. It has a tilt steering wheel. Industrial nose and grill (rectangular). PTO with 3 point hitch. Squared off fenders with 4 headlights. I bought a MF65 parts book from massey ferguson. Between your repair catalog and the parts catalog from massey I have determined that it aint a MF65. The parts that differ from the MF65 are ; front axle w/ power steering cylinders , tilt steering wheel , wide front rims & tires , complete front nose and grill, hood , dash, seat. The rear fenders are squared off and not rounded.
