1950 ??? Wainroy Loader/Backhoe M# 450 Diesel

I bought it as a wreck, rebuilt a lot of the hydraulic cylinders, replaced a lot of the old hoses, and welded the cracks in the poor old abused machine. When I bought it, it was rusty, with some yellow paint still on it. It was a 'portable eye sore', so, I painted it olive drab to help 'hide' it from passers by. When one of my friends saw it, he suggested stenciling it to make it look 'military', hence the final appearance. I've used it to dig the foundation for my new shop/garage, dig out stumps,(about 20 so far), and to harvest firewood that I use to heat the house. Definately a useful machine to have around.
