Ih 25V Sickle Bar Mower

Was troubled but I fixed it temporarily. It cuts great but I don't have the handle or the mechanism to raise the bar. I had a piece of pipe that fit but there is not enough spring tension to make raising it easy. Thought I was going to rip my shoulder off trying to lift it. Wrapping some chain around the pipe gave me enough counter weight to make it work. I need to add more tension and find the right parts. Anyone know of parts for this mower? I know it came with either a hand lever, a cable and foot lever, or a hydraulic lift.
