I just completed this for a friend, whose father had purchased it new. His family had sold the tractor years earlier, and he was able to track it down and verify that it was his father's WC. Restoring a tractor with a little history behind it like this, and seeing the family's reaction as it's completed, makes doing this that much more fun.
