Clearing Roads After 1945 Blizzard

Opening roads in Seneca County Ohio after blizzard in 1945. My grandparents were out of school for 6 weeks (and they didn't have make up days then either!) Obviously an unstyled Allis WC leading this train, grandpa says another neighbor's tractor with a wooden V plow is next, followed by what looks like maybe a Farmall B? Certainly looks like they're having too much fun for the work they're doing.
