Early 1900 Hay Rake

This is called a ROLL over Rake . A repo 1903 Sears catalog i have ,has one listed for 3.00 . This was pulled with one horse, and the Front pointed Wooden poles would slide under the hay while the horse was goimng Forward, then when the Front Section got full of HAY, the Operator would lift up on the REAR Handle and the END of the FRONT poles would dig into the Ground, and the Hay would be dumped onto the ground, and the REAR section poles would go to the Front , and Over and Over they would go .
