Tractor Pto Hydraulic Pump-Maker?

I would like to find out who made this Hydraulic pump. It says model H125A and has a 1000rpm 21 spline shaft. Woul anyone know how I can find out what the rated capacity would be? Could this be used with a 540rpm PTO using an adapter? Would that work but just reduce the capacity by half?
