Unknown Cast Wheels

I got these wheels a while ago with a pile of F-12 Farmall parts but they are not F-12 wheels.I don't think they are even IH as the original color seems to be orange.The wheels themselves have the number 5698A cast into them and the inner rim clamps look like 05698AB1.The axle size looks like 2 5/8 with a 5/8 key. The key is a seperate piece. The wheel is about 33 5/8 diameter and 2 1/2 thick at the rim. I would like to find out what these fit so maybe I can find someone who can use them, I hate to junk anything that could be [email protected]
