F-12 Single Wheel Front???

Trying to find out if this is a Farmall Regular or an F-12. The single front tire makes it a little difficult to know for sure. My dad kept an original owners manual that was for an F-12 but I thought I remembered him saying it was a 1926 which makes it difficult. He has a notation in the manual for a serial number of FS 20985. This doesn't help me much when trying to match the serial number with the resource on the page. Any help would be appreciated.
