No Big Tractor, Just A JD 332 For Lawn Care

This implement has been sitting half buried on my property since I bought the place 10 years ago. This past weekend I finally got around to digging it out and powerwashing it off, but what exactly is it?
Any idea of vintage or brand? It has some numbers and logos that look similar to the IH logo from International Harvester, but I could be wrong.
Any help determining what it is and if it has any value at all would be appreciated.
