L&S Pto Drive Belt Pulley

Does anyone know what this fits? The part numbers on it are L&S C-10002 and 640503. The mounting bolt pattern is trapazoidal. The pair of holes closest to the pulley are 4.5 inches center to center. The pair of bolts farthest from the pulley are 5.125 inches center to center. The separation between the pairs is 4 inches hole center to hole center.
