Heavy 16 Front Wheel Weights

These front wheel weights fit inside the dish of 16 inch front tractor wheels. They are nearly 6 inches thick and estimated to weigh around 100 lbs. per weight or nearly 200 lbs per wheel. The bolt spacing is the standard spacing for 16 inch rims with 4 bolt holes per rim. The numbers H5152 are cast into each weight. What do they fit?
