I won't consider this tractor restored, because it certainly isn't original. But, this Oliver 88 Diesel was in tough shape. So, I installed a good engine out of an 880 diesel, a new clutch and pressure plate, and the hydraulic system out of the 880. Then I placed Super 88 side panels and decals on it. The sandblasting and painting was done by myself. I this it turned out well, as an improved 88. And, it runs and pulls great. Submitted by Richard Kinney, from ND |
