Ditch Bank Mower

This is a five foot offset rotary mower for clearing roadside banks and fence lines, where the tractor can't drive on the part that needs mowing. There are no decals left, and no serial tag on the mower itself. There are sheet metal tags on some of the gear boxes, but they are simple numbers only, maybe gear ratios, and no names. The blade shaft unloaded out the bottom of the deck and smashed part of the gearbox on its way out. I need to identify the mower, or the gear boxes, in hopes I can get parts, some time before next spring. I don't have close ups of the damaged gearbox itself, as I didn't have my camera when I tore it down. I will take pix and post them later. Submitted by Harold Hubbard, from VT
