Little Wonder Plow

I am trying to figure out which model this 2X12 Little Wonder plow is. Both beams are flat stock. They are marked #P012114 on the first beam #P012115 on the second beam. I am missing the pick-up rod on the hitch. It has the jointer mounts as part of the coulter brackets but no jointers. The jounters do not mount to the beams. The models 2 & 4 both appear to have cast beams.
