John Deere 630 - 3-Point Draft Links

These draft links are designed so that the inner part slides in the outer part when un-latched to facilitate hooking up an implement. However, rust and time do a number on them and they no longer slide. Then, the big question is how to break them apart. Lots of heat and some sort of device to pull them apart is the answer I found, as depicted by the heavy angle iron 'rack' with a long all-thread rod on one end to apply force. The other end is anchored to the angle iron with a chain. The best way to heat something this big is with a very large wood fire (old railroad ties are great fuel for this!)
