Allis Chalmers CA

I have inherited these cultivators for an Allis CA. We have put them on the tractor but cannot figure out how they are lifted. The cultivators were in my grandmas barn and there is no one I know that can help me. Does anyone know what model or make theses cultivators are? How do you raise and lower them? The second pic is of some pieces that we have and don't know where they go. Thanks for your help.
