Year Probably 1960S. Small Tracked Unit

This machine has been in my possession since 1985 as a non-runner and was them probably already 20-25 years old. It is sitting in my yard in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa where the climate is kind and rusting not a major problem, Only known damage to aluminium gearbox casing. No engine. As I remember it had a small Victor (?) non-running engine.
