Coop #2 Tractor- One Valve Stuck

This is a # 2 Coop tractor I am trying to get running for a friend. It was his grandfathers tractor and has been sitting for 30 years in a shed. One intake valve is stuck tight but I am working on getting it free and once it is loose I think the old girl will run again. The tires were all flat from sitting that long but after being pumped up they are holding air. This tractor was bought new in Minneapolis MN in the late 1930's and driven the 60 miles home.
