Fordson Model F Tractor ???

My son was hiking the trails at Patapsco Valley State Park in Md. and came across an abandoned house. Near the house was an OLD steel wheeled tractor. He took photos to show me and our curiosty got the best of us. I did some web searching and believe it's a Fordson Model F. Not sure of the date but read that these built between 1917 and 1928. Top right of photo shows the Fordson name we think.
