1967 Massey Ferguson 150

Just finished a head repair job on my MF 150 and now have to air-bleed it. In one booklet I have for an MF 40, it says to start on the 'air vent plug on the fuel filter.' Most of manual is pretty close to what I have but I have no idea of where this lug is, if even I have one. There are two pics. One is the top of the fuel filter and the other is the cap portion holding the filter.
