Steering Wheel

Found this wheel. It has green paint. The only lock to the center shaft appears to be the set screw. No flat or splines in the center. The wheel has small ribs running It seems to actually be in fair condition as far as the composite part of the wheel. Any ideas what it would fit. Any interest in it? Thank you for looking. I have more pictures but found i can only do one at a time.
