1956 Ferguson F40 HC (Massey Ferguson)

This tractor, essentially the same as the MH50, was produced only in 1956 and 1957 after Massey Harris and Ferguson merged. The new Company was pursuing a dual line - dual dealer concept with the same tractors, just as CNH is doing today. The concept failed and the lines merged in 1958 after the buyout of the Ferguson Distributors. This tractor and the MH50 became the MF50. This one is totally restored with NOS parts.
