Walking Plow With Steel Handles

I recently purchased a walking plow to place in my yardand I am trying to clean it up and paint it but want to do it right. Would like to know who made it to make sur eI paint it the right color. The only markings on it are 'BL' stamped on the top of the beam, 'S64' stamped on the grips, and 'T48' stamped on the heal. The other thing thats unique about this unit is the handles are all steel. Any ideas? Please help.
