Home-Built Potato Planter

We made it out of a Stevens Tractor cultivator, a piece of PVC pipe and some 2x8s. The guage wheels are from Tractor Supply with 3/4 inch bolts welded to cultivator shanks for axles. Operator sits on the 2x8 seat and drops seed potatoes down the pipe one at a time from a bucket. We have used it for 3 years now and get perfect stands of potatoes....
