1949 Case SC - Cylinder Head

I snapped this picture while I was working to free up a stuck valve on cylinder #3. I just gotten the engine unstuck a few hours earlier.
I'll have to go back out and re-read the part number on the head- as it appears to be #5618A (which is the low compression/kerosene head) - but it is currently fitted on a single fuel tractor with the gasoline manifold.
According to my parts book, the high compression (gasoline) cylinder head should be part #5617A.
