Ih 10 Disc And Older??? 16 Disc Implement

Again, trying to find out a fair value for these pieces. For the GF and and any possible buyer/s. The IH 10 disc in the back has the quick hitch and I found 3119 stamped onto it. I don't know any year or anything else for them.
The older one in the front of the picture has 16 discs on it, 8 in the front and 8 in the back. The piece of steel laying on it, must have been used for extra weight, but is not welded onto it. It's just laying on it. I couldn't find any markings on it, but the original color was red. That's about all I know about it.
