Maybe TD14 And TD18

I have been selling some commercial truck parts for an old guy in my neighborhood that has 80 years of parts in three warehouse and refuses to automate. One of the parts he has is about 50 of these water pumps brand new in the box. His memory tells him that they are from International TD14 and TD18 from the late 50�s early 60�s that he bought in bulk in the 60�s. I asked a friend who is a tractor fanatic and he could not find the information and referred me to your forum and members as the go to pros to ID stuff like this. They are in the boxes with a bag that looks like fiber and he believes is military water absorbing material. I find a match to the impeller which is part number 274181R1 but nothing tells me what it should be in. I assume it was used many models of water pumps. The part number has been factory changed to 284105 The �8� �0� and �5� are stamped in after the original number had been ground away at the assembly. That means the original casting had the number �2� �4� �1� in the part number but I can�t find a search engine that allows for wild card characters. It also has the number 9-29N in the casting. I would like to sell these for my pal but can�t list them properly without knowing what they fit on and maybe the history of why the part number was changed at the assembly process. I have spent hours trying to photo match without success. I don�t find a part number on the pulley. Any help or referral to another data base would be greatly appreciated.
