Need To Identify This Tractor Found Buried

Found this old tractor buried about a foot into the ground under an old barn that had collapsed. Property is between Austin and San Antonio. I found some old papers from the 50's in shed next to tractor. Not sure what we found or what we should do with this old tractor after we figure out how to get it out. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
