1951 JD MT - Ignition / Light Switch Exploded

When we picked up the tractor the previous owner had wired around the switch claiming that it was no good. After pricing a new replacement we decided to try a re-build. It's going to work just fine the contacts are not appreciably worn, just dirty and corroded. A little cleaning, paint, grease and a new gasket and this switch will be at least as good as new. Maybe it will make another 52 years.
