Old Ih Combine Rear Axle Weight?

Can anyone tell me what combine this weight was used on? I believe it was for an older model IH combine; self propelled I think. They have the casting #589-939-R1. The R1 suffix should designate IH origin. Weight is 45 lbs. CaseIH parts man ran the number through their database with no success. Thanks, Ron
