Finish Mower

Picked up an old finish mower. 5 foot. Deck is solid, but hubs/spindles are no good. Hinged flaps on sides and rear. 3 spindles and 2 pulleys. Gearbox seems solid. Only has wheels on back.
Anyone have an idea what this is? Or better yet, where I can find a 3 bolt spindle (5.25 center to center on holes)
Mower blades have 1-3/8 center hole which seems very uncommon. . .
Not having any luck finding spindles or the 1-off blade.
