Avery Or Minnie Mo

Is this an Avery or Minnie MO? We want to restore it but need to know more about it to find parts. It does have B F AVERY in the cast on the back, but minnie Mo also made this tractor after they bought avery and it does have yellow paint. Any info would be a appreciated. I also have more pics available.
