National ? Milwaukee Wis

Any history on this tractor would be helpful. Front says National above the grill and Milwaukee Wis below. Has a decal from National Brake and Electric which was supposedly reproduced from the original. Has a Wisconsin Motor W-T 4 1/8 X 5 (stroke x bore) 4 cylinder water-cooled engine, ser. no. 1109. Looking for the company that manufactured it, the length of time it was produced and numbers made, and/or any of the other juicy tidbits that make tractor collecting fun. Thanks.
